Cozy rooms come with fresh towels and a microwave, making it super convenient. the food here is really good and the staff is so nice and helpful, which made check-in a breeze! 😊

I liked the restaurant. Not alot of choices, but good food at reasonable prices for breakfast and dinner (closed over lunch hour). Great Happy Hour with half-price drinks and complimentary appetizers. Also, the gym was quite adequate with a tv in front of the elliptical and treadmill and never busy. The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. Nice lounge area and two comnputers for hotel guests' use.

The hotel and the location is absolutely great. The design of the rooms and the pool are super.

The rooms were never vacuumed after a 7-day stay. Room service always came only after a reminder at the reception and took care of everything in a maximum of 30 minutes, although we lived in a suite with 130m² and which was correspondingly expensive. There was almost no equipment in the kitchenette. A pity

The check-in was welcoming and the customer service was excellent, with the added convenience of having a bar in the lobby.

I liked the service - Bianca in particular. I liked the location.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom light/fan was so noisy - very disturbing and uncomfortable. Some of the linens; bedskirt, bed cover/comforter were not entirely clean.

My stay was great , easy acess and central location, nearby good shoppings and restaurants, exellent don pan and juice store in front of there. I recomend!

Clean rooms and hotel generally. Good location, very close to Dadeland Mall. Serves Starbucks Coffee in the bar :) Breakfasts good.

It was very noisy on the second floor thanks to the ice machine. Hotel staff was very helpful and moved us to another room.

Location excellent for the annual nascar championships - close to all amenities, restaurants, etc. Newly renovated good clean rooms and hotel generally. Best feature is friendliness of all staff persons.

No phone books in rooms or, per desk clerk, in the hotel. ?? Does not allow visitors to search out anything which is not very local. No fridge in room even though asked for at time of reservation. No complimentary coffee in morning and to purchase a cup costs even more than the Starbucks across the street. Breakfasts good but not inexpensive.

The breakfast here offers a variety of options like coffee, yogurt, and fruit.

Convenient location near Baptist cancer Center and Dadeland Mall. Modern decor, friendly staff, and unexpected fridge in the room. Nice outdoor sitting area with pool and snack bar. Compact property with everything needed and free shuttle service within 3-mile radius. Valuable option for a quick stay.

I did not like the lounge/bar. Very boring. The woman bartender yawned about 100 times and the food was too salty the three times I ordered. Room service on my last night did not pick up the phone so I had to call the front desk. The same lady bartender brought my food and did not have change and insisted I put it on my room charge.
